I have
photographed trains now for more 40 years. The majority of my photos will be
in Southern England both on Network Rail (Mainline) and my local heritage
railway (Swanage Railway).
Many of
the pictures on the Swanage Railway are from their popular Diesel Gala's
which occur in early May. However other photos will be published to give a
full flavour of what can be found here. Whilst a connection to the main line
exists it will not be until 2023 that regular service trains are running from
Wareham. Having now retired I've started volunteering at the Swanage railway
so additional photos will start featuring.
I've
always had a interest in trains from all countries so a few foreign trips
will also feature. More recently I have become interested in Trams and metro
systems so these will also start appearing particulary in Europe.
